Technical support is provided by a team comprising an expert teacher and a member of staff responsible for administrative and technical support.
This team remains at the disposal of customers and trainees every working day during BTL office opening hours (08:00 to 19:00 French time), and answers any questions they may have by telephone or e-mail as quickly as possible.
