A team of outstanding educators

We're proud to work with highly experienced teachers who offer both teaching and professional experience. Our stable team of over 90 instructors, some are dedicated to teaching in-person, while others specialize in distance learning.

All of our teachers :

  • have university-level education
  • teach in their mother tongue
  • are qualified to teach their native tongue as a foreign language to adults and professionals, and have proven experience in this field
  • offer professional experience other than teaching, so as to understand learners' professional settings as much as possible
  • are trained to adapt BTL teaching resources to learners' needs and expectations

The recruitment of each teacher is subject to a rigorous procedure. The additional important selection criteria for teachers are :

  • proven experience in language training
  • pertinent characteristics such as motivation, listening skills, communication skills, team spirit, etc.
  • pedagogical and leadership skills
  • availability, flexibility and adaptability to a professional audience

Our initial assessments are carried out by one of our expert assessors, authorized to position an individual's language level on the CEFR scale.

Under the close supervision of our Head of Pedagogical Coordination, our Coordination team guides, supports and assesses our trainers. They are responsible for conveying client requirements, training teachers in the BTL approach, selecting the most appropriate teaching resources and adapting this teaching content to the learner's context.

The Pedagogical Coordination team also processes all feedback from leaners: right from the first class, we consult trainees on their satisfaction with their language training, and we regularly meet with the teachers concerned to share feedback and suggestions from learners, so as to strengthen and share best practice.

Our impressive internal training program also makes an important contribution to the quality and consistency of our services. Our teachers, for example, are trained by BTL in the teaching of languages in the French business world, to enable them to respond as closely as possible to the professional needs of our learners.

Our Sales Department is made up of account managers and sales representatives. The sales team works with you to draw up your specifications and ensure that they are properly fulfilled. Supported by our other departments, the account managers manage and monitor your training courses on a daily basis.

The Planning Department manages all the logistics of your training courses, from assessments to provisional training schedules, taking into account your employees' availability.

The Administration Service is responsible for back-office management: administrative documents (contracts, attendance documents), attendance statistics, ordering learning resources, etc.
