Your teacher can be contacted by e-mail (you'll find their address in copy of your course confirmation e-mail).

If your teacher is unable to assist you, they will consult our in-house technical support team, who can also be contacted directly if required.

Our technical support team is made up of two expert educators and a member of staff responsible for administrative and technical support. This team is at your disposal every working day during BTL office hours (8am to 7pm), and answers questions by phone or e-mail within 24 working hours.
